The Waen Brewery

Branding and packaging design, website and website development.

We created a new identity, packaging, website and promotional material for The Waen Brewery, a micro brewery in Wales with a following in London and the South East. The challenge was to create an identity that would have impact and appeal to this market, standing out against the more traditional image usually associated with ale and beer.

We retained the strap line ‘Hellish Good Beer’ and created an identity which emphasised this “dark” aspect of their personality, adding devil’s horns and tail to the W and creating impactful black labels.
